Common use of Entire Agreement; Modifications; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Modifications; Waiver. This Agreement and the agreements ancillary hereto, supersede any and all agreements heretofore made, written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof, and constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by VG and RCC on the one hand and GMC on the other hand. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making such waiver.
