Common use of Entire Agreement; Merger Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Merger. This Lease embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the parties respecting the Lease and the Premises and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings between the parties, all of which are merged herein. No provision of this Lease may be modified, waived or discharged except by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of such modification, waiver or discharge is sought.
