Entire Agreement; Merger. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the rights granted to and the obligations of the parties. All prior negotiations, discussions, correspondence and previous understandings are superseded by this Agreement. Any oral representation or modification concerning this Agreement shall be of no force or effect.
