These terms, the terms on the face of this Purchase Order and the Battelle’s (“Buyer”) supplemental terms and conditions attached hereto (if any) constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and no other additional or conflicting terms submitted by Seller shall be deemed a part hereof unless accepted in writing by Xxxxx's Purchasing Agent.
