Enterprise Zone. The City will submit application to the State of Illinois to request the subject tract to be added to the Urbana Enterprise Zone pursuant to the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act (20 ILCS 655/1 et seq.) no later than 90 days after the effective date of this agreement, or the date all property is located within the City of Urbana, whichever is later.
