A copy of such current of Union appointments shall be forwarded to the Human Resources Department of the Employer. No grievance handling shall take place on the property of the Employer, at work sites, or during working hours, without prior notification of management responsible for that work area. Persons whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on a job which is included in the bargaining unit, except for purposes of instruction, in an emergency, or when permanent Employees are not available, and provided that the act of performing the aforementioned work does not reduce the regular hours of work or basic rates of pay of any permanent Employee.
