Ensuring Correct Functioning:. Nexicom Digital Phone Services may not function correctly, or at all, in the following circumstances:
26.2.1 If your Adapter or other Equipment fails or is not configured correctly;
26.2.2 In the event of an internet network outage or extended power failure;
26.2.3 If you tamper with or move your Adapter or other Equipment to a location other than your service address;
26.2.4 Following suspension or termination of your Service Agreement.
