Common use of Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Enrollment. ‌ Pursuant to Section 302D-34, HRS, the School shall make all student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention decisions in a nondiscriminatory manner and without regard to race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, income level, disability, level of proficiency in the English language, need for special education services, or academic or athletic ability. The School shall maintain accurate and complete enrollment data. The School shall not impose enrollment preferences, except as allowed for in Section 302D-34, HRS. Any enrollment preferences adopted by the School shall be included in the admissions policy and procedures, as described in Section 7.3 of this Charter Contract.
