Common use of Enrollment Preference Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Preference. In accordance to §1002.33(10)(d), F.S., the School may give enrollment preference to the following student populations: a) Students who are siblings of a student enrolled in the School; b) Students who are the children of a member of the School’s Governing Board; or c) Students who are the children of an employee of the School.
