Enrollment Fee. I understand that I must pay a one-time $50 (fifty dollar) enrollment fee upon joining Evolve. I also understand that if I cancel my membership and wish to re-enroll, I will have to pay another re-enrollment fee of $50.00.
Enrollment Fee. Upon execution of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR shall pay to GUPTA a nonrefundable fee (the "Enrollment Fee") in the amount specified on Exhibit A. The Enrollment Fee covers the cost of training, unlimited internal use of the Products solely for purposes related to this Agreement and external usage for demonstration purposes related to this Agreement.
Enrollment Fee. Upon the execution hereof and at the conclusion of this Agreement the Client shall make a payment as described in Exhibit D. If payment for any agreement is not received, whether required under this Agreement or under any other written agreement between the Client and AEPC™, all services provided under this Agreement may be discontinued and late charges (as described in Subsection (F) of this Section) may be assessed.
Enrollment Fee. The non-refundable enrollment fee for the Program tuition and registration shall be $1,295.00, which shall be paid by the Enrollee to IBC through the process outlined on the IBC Website.
Enrollment Fee. Your Enrollment Fee is $99 per adult. If you are enrolling your immediate family, your Enrollment Fee is capped at $198. This fee covers the initial administrative cost of your membership and is not related to the provision of Services. This fee is payable upon execution of this Agreement and is no longer refundable either five (5) business days after You sign it, or as soon as you receive Services, whichever occurs first.

Enrollment Fee. The Network Administrator may charge an enrollment fee payable upon commencement of membership, the amount of which may vary from time to time and among Members.

Enrollment Fee. A fee of $25 will be paid to AXA Equitable upon enrollment of each new Annuitant in a Simplified Employee Pension. It will be charged against the first Contribution made on behalf of the Annuitant, unless the Annuitant's employer pays the fee.
Enrollment Fee. In order to cover the cost of support services provided by Autodesk pursuant to this Agreement, Autodesk has established Enrollment Fees payable by Developer. The current Enrollment Fees are stated in the ADN Membership Application. Special promotional pricing may be offered by Autodesk, at its sole discretion, from time to time. Upon expiration of any such promotional offering, pricing shall revert to the then‐ current Enrollment Fee.
