Enrollment Decisions Sample Clauses

Enrollment Decisions. An Eligible Person’s decision to enroll in the Contractor’s MMC or FHPlus product shall be voluntary except as otherwise provided in Section 6.5 of this Agreement.

Enrollment Decisions. An Eligible Person's decision to enroll in the Contractor's Medicare Platino Product shall be voluntary. However, to be eligible for services in Medicare Platino you must be enroll in GHIP and enroll in the Contractor's Medicare Platino Product.

Enrollment Decisions. An Eligible Person's decision to enroll in the Contractor's D-SNP Product shall be voluntary. However, as a condition of eligibility for D-SNP, individuals may only enroll in the Contractor’s D-SNP Product if they also enroll in the Contractor’s Medicare Advantage Product as defined in this contract. An eligible person enrolled in the Contractor’s D-SNP Product is not permitted to be enrolled in any HMO’s Medicaid managed care product.
