Enhanced Extended Link (EEL. 4.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or State Commission order, BellSouth shall offer access to the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 4.3 below.
Enhanced Extended Link (EEL. 4.1 For purposes of this Section, references to “Already Combined” network elements shall mean that such network elements are in fact already combined by BellSouth in the BellSouth network to provide service to a particular end user at a particular location.
4.2 Where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or State Commission order, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, BellSouth shall offer access to loop and transport combinations, also known as the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 4.3 below.
Enhanced Extended Link (EEL. 13.1 The Parties acknowledge that they are in dispute as to when BellSouth is obligated to offer EELs in Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Upon resolution of the dispute through arbitration or through mutual agreement of the Parties, this entire Section 13.2.1 and 13.2.3 will be updated by way of an amendment to reflect such resolution. Should BellSouth and Sprint CLEC not enter into or complete the arbitration process in South Carolina, at the close of the current arbitration window (July 11, 2001) or withdrawal of the arbitration petition this Agreement shall be amended to incorporate South Carolina into section
