Common use of ENGINEER’S FEE Clause in Contracts

ENGINEER’S FEE. A. Basic Fee 1) As compensation for Basic Services as described in Exhibit 1 of this Agreement, and for services required in the fulfillment of Paragraph 1, the Engineer shall be paid on an hourly rate based upon the "Schedule of Rates" in Exhibit 2 of this agreement, which shall constitute full and complete payment for said services and all expenditures which may be made and expenses incurred, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
