ENGINEER’S FEE. 6.2.1 The Engineer’s fee shall be a fixed fee paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, subparagraph 6.2.3. 6.2.2 Should any requirement be made by the Owner at any time during the design, the nature of which would result in additional design costs, the Engineer shall immediately advise the Owner thereof in writing and only proceed with the written approval of the Owner.
