Engineer’s Certificate. If required by Funding Lender, a certificate signed by the professional engineer employed by Funding Lender to the effect that the Rehabilitation has been completed in a good and workmanlike manner in compliance with the Schedule of Work and all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances and other rules and regulations promulgated by applicable regulatory or Governmental Authorities.
