Construction Certificate Clause Samples
A Construction Certificate clause defines the requirement for obtaining official approval before commencing construction work on a project. Typically, this clause stipulates that the builder or developer must secure a Construction Certificate from the relevant certifying authority, confirming that the proposed building plans comply with applicable regulations and standards. This process ensures that construction does not begin until all necessary technical and safety requirements are met, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and potential legal or regulatory issues during the project.
