Engineering Team. The Engineering Team shall include at least one (1) member from HESS’ Environmental, Health and Safety unit and shall be responsible for well design, completion and fracturing and stimulation procedures, scheduling of drilling operations, compliance with federal, state and local environmental, safety and operational regulations, and the production of hydrocarbon resources throughout the term of this Agreement. The Engineering Team and the Exploration Team shall work together to efficiently accomplish the responsibilities of each Team.
