Engineering Rate. Provides the planning and engineering of CLEC virtually remote collocated equipment at the time of installation, change or removal. Business hours are considered to be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (local time), and after business hours are after 5:00 pm and before 8:00 am (local time), Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays
