Engineering Inspection. The ENGINEER will perform Engineering Inspection services as described in the attached IDOT BLR Form 05520. The CLIENT will be responsible for the following PROJECT related work: Determine location and type of maintenance needed for the program (i.e. list of streets to be oiled and chipped, etc.).
