Common use of Engineering Fee Clause in Contracts

Engineering Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender a fee of $7,500.00 for each unscheduled determination of the Facility A Borrowing Base Amount requested by Borrower. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Lender to debit its account maintained with the Lender for collection of said fees.

Engineering Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the each Lender a fee of $7,500.00 5,000.00 for each unscheduled determination of the Facility A Borrowing Base Amount requested by Borrower. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Lender Agent to debit its account maintained with the Lender Hibernia for collection of said feesfee.
