Common use of Engineering Fee Clause in Contracts

Engineering Fee. In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve Reports, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on the date of each redetermination of the Borrowing Base, an engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.00.

Engineering Fee. In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve Reports, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on the date of each Borrower requested redetermination of the Borrowing Base, an engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.004,500.

Engineering Fee. In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees the Commitment Fees and Facility Fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve Reports, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on the date of each semi-annual redetermination of the Borrowing BaseBase and any redetermination of the Borrowing Base at the request of the Borrower, an engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.003,500.

In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve Reports, Reports the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on funds (which funds may be paid to the date of each redetermination Lender by wire transfer or check executed by an authorized officer of the Borrowing BaseBorrower and made payable to the Lender), an $5,000 for each engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.00review.

In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees the Commitment Fees, Facility Fees and Letter of Credit Fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties Collateral and reviewing the Reserve Reports, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on the date of each redetermination of the Borrowing Base, an engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.005,000.

In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees the Commitment Fees, Facility Fees, and Letter of Credit Fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve ReportsProperties, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on the date of each redetermination of the Borrowing BaseBase during the term hereof, an engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.005,000. The initial Engineering Fee of $5,000 was paid upon the acceptance of the proposal of terms.

Engineering Fee. In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve Reports, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on the date of each redetermination of the Borrowing Base, an engineering fee in the amount of $5,000.007,500.

Engineering Fee. In addition to interest on the Note as provided herein and all other fees payable hereunder and to compensate the Lender for the costs of evaluating the Mortgaged Properties and reviewing the Reserve Reports, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender, in immediately available funds, on funds (which funds may be paid to the date of each redetermination Lender by wire transfer or check executed by an authorized officer of the Borrowing BaseBorrower and made payable to the Lender), an $10,000 for the initial engineering fee in the amount of review and $5,000.005,000 for each subsequent engineering review.
