Common use of Engineering Design Services Clause in Contracts

Engineering Design Services. Contractor shall be responsible for detailed design and operational coordination of equipment and materials installed for the System. Contractor shall conform to Industry Standard and Applicable Law. The following design services shall be provided by Contractor: A. Civil Engineering design, including the preparation of the following: • Site Plan • Geotechnical Report (if required) B. Structural Engineering Design, including: • Foundations and other structural concrete • PV module support structural design • Structural design calculations, as required C. Mechanical Systems design, as required. D. Electrical Systems design, including: • PV modules • Inverter • DC combiners, disconnects, fuses, and wiring • AC breakers and disconnects • Revenue metering • Enclosures, conduit, and wiring • Communications and control systems as described herein • Other electrical systems included in the scope of work
