ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE. Sprint and CLEC will cooperate to ensure that performance of trunking and signaling capacity is engineered and managed at levels which are at Parity with that provided by Sprint to its end users and to ensure effective maintenance testing through activities such as routine testing practices, network trouble isolation processes and review of operational elements for translations, routing and network fault isolation.
