ENGINEER OFFICERS. (A) Regularly Assigned Engineer. An Engineer Officer who has been awarded or assigned a specific position on board a given vessel in accordance with Rule 26 of this Agreement.
ENGINEER OFFICERS or Electricians on regular assigned shifts and who are recalled to work for relief purposes due to sick or compassionate leave will be paid at applicable overtime rate of one and one-half (1 1/2).
