Common use of Engagements Clause in Contracts

Engagements. The Borrower shall have engaged each of the companies set forth on Annex E (or such other companies acceptable to Emblem) for the purposes set forth on Annex E applicable thereto, in each case by the Additional Loans Funding Date or such other date as set forth on Annex E.
