Common use of Engagement of Manager Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Manager. The Company hereby engages the Manager to develop, manage and operate all business activities of the Company and to do and perform any and all things in the management of those business activities customarily performed by managers of similar businesses, subject to the terms and conditions imposed by this Agreement.

Engagement of Manager. The Company hereby engages the Manager, and Manager accepts such engagement to develop, manage and operate all the business activities and administrative operations of the Company and to do and perform any and all things in the management of those business activities customarily performed by managers of similar businesses, subject to upon the terms and conditions imposed by this Agreementhereinafter set forth.

The Company hereby engages appoints Manager and Manager hereby accepts the Manager to develop, manage and operate all business activities of the Company and to do and perform any and all things in the management of those business activities customarily performed by managers of similar businessesappointment, subject to the terms and conditions imposed by of this Agreement, to manage the Company, and to implement the Company's internal and strategic policies and procedures ("Management Services").

Engagement of Manager. The Company hereby appoints and engages the Manager to develop, manage and operate all business activities as general manager of the Company Business, and Manager agrees to act as general manager, to supervise and manage the administration and operation of the Business, beginning on the Effective Date and continuing for the term of this Agreement and to do and perform any and all things in provide the management services (the “Management Services”) described in Section 3 of those business activities customarily performed by managers of similar businesses, subject to the terms and conditions imposed by this Agreement.
