Common use of Engagement As Manager Clause in Contracts

Engagement As Manager. Owner hereby engages Manager as its sole and exclusive agent to supervise, manage, direct and control the operations of the Restaurants, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. Manager hereby accepts such engagement as the manager of the Restaurants during the Term, as hereafter defined, of this Agreement.

Owner Company hereby engages Manager as its sole and exclusive agent to supervise, manage, direct and control the operations of the RestaurantsManagement Agreement Restaurants (defined below), in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. Manager hereby accepts such engagement as the manager of the Management Agreement Restaurants during the Term, as hereafter defined, of this Agreement. Manager agrees that Dxxxx X. Xxxxxx will be involved in all aspects of the Services (defined below) to be provided by Manager under this Agreement, by directly providing or supervising such Services.
