Common use of ENGAGEMENT AS A CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

ENGAGEMENT AS A CONSULTANT. 1.1 The Company hereby engages the Consultant as an independent contractor of the Company effective November 25, 2014 at which date the Services shall commence, to undertake the duties and title of Consultant and agrees to exercise those powers as requested by the Company or its subsidiaries from time to time, (collectively the “Services”) and the Consultant accepts such engagement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

ENGAGEMENT AS A CONSULTANT. 1.1 The Company hereby engages the Consultant as an independent contractor of the Company effective November 25December 1, 2014 at which date the Services shall commence, to undertake the duties and title titles of Consultant Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Project Manager and agrees to exercise those powers as requested by the Company or its subsidiaries from time to time, (collectively the “Services”) and the Consultant accepts such engagement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

ENGAGEMENT AS A CONSULTANT. 1.1 The Company hereby engages the Consultant as an independent contractor of the Company effective November 25January 15, 2014 2015 at which date the Services shall commence, to undertake the duties and title of Consultant and agrees to exercise those powers as requested by the Company or its subsidiaries from time to time, (collectively the “Services”) and the Consultant accepts such engagement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

ENGAGEMENT AS A CONSULTANT. 1.1 The Company hereby engages the Consultant as an independent contractor of the Company effective November 251, 2014 at which date the Services shall commence, to undertake the duties and title of Consultant Legal Advisor and agrees to exercise those powers as requested by the Company or its subsidiaries from time to time, (collectively the “Services”) and the Consultant accepts such engagement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

ENGAGEMENT AS A CONSULTANT. 1.1 The Company hereby engages the Consultant as an independent contractor of the Company effective November 251, 2014 at which date the Services shall commence, to undertake the duties and title of Consultant Scientific Researcher and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board and agrees to exercise those powers as requested by the Company or its subsidiaries from time to time, (collectively the “Services”) and the Consultant accepts such engagement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
