Enforcement of Awards. 1. In the light of any relevant review procedures, each of the parties to the dispute shall be bound to comply with the judgment of the Tribunal and to act promptly in accordance with it. The party to the dispute may request enforcement of the judgment handed down by the arbitral tribunal within the meaning of the ICSID Convention or the New York Convention.
