The Members acknowledge that the Sector Manager must include 6 any enforcement or reporting compliance issues, including violations of Operations Plan 7 (excluding those sections identified as administrative provisions in this document as 8 identified in Exhibit F); violations of regulations, or general problems with monitoring or 9 sectors operations in their Trip Issue Report which is submitted to NMFS weekly. 10
