Common use of Enforcement and Late Payments Clause in Contracts

Enforcement and Late Payments. (a) If, after the Agreement Date, Executive incurs reasonable legal fees or other expenses (including arbitration costs and expenses under Section 6.3) in an effort to secure, preserve, or obtain benefits under this Agreement, the Company shall, regardless of the outcome of such effort, reimburse Executive (in accordance with Section 6.1(b)) for such fees and expenses.
