Enforceability of Documents. This Guarantee and each of the other Documents to which the Guarantor is a party constitute valid and legally binding obligations of the Guarantor, enforceable against the Guarantor in accordance with their respective terms subject to applicable bankruptcy, insolvency and other laws of general application limiting the enforceability of creditors' rights and to the fact that equitable remedies are only available in the discretion of the court.
