Energy Utilization. For purposes of calculating both the Monthly Energy Charge for each of the LT Resources and the "Actual Hourly Resource Utilization" associated with each of the LT Resources (as such term is defined and used in the RCSA), Oglethorpe Power shall be deemed to have utilized during each Hour the average of all energy either:
