Endorsement and Collection of Checks, Etc. The Custodian is hereby authorized to endorse and collect all checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money received by the Custodian for the account of a Fund; provided, however, that the Custodian shall not be liable pursuant to this Agreement for any money, whether or not represented by check, draft, or other instrument for the payment of money, received by it on behalf of the Fund until the Custodian actually receives and collects such money directly or by the final crediting of the account representing the Fund's interest in the Book-Entry System or the Depository.
