Common use of End of Week Five Clause in Contracts

End of Week Five. The Evaluation Panel or Panel Chair will meet with the Evaluatee to describe the Evaluation Process, disclose which observations will be announced and which will be unannounced, and notify the Evaluatee of any other materials that the panel will include in the Evaluation File. The Evaluation Panel shall inform the Evaluatee of the need to provide access to online courses, if applicable.

End of Week Five. The Evaluation Panel Committee or Panel Committee Chair will meet with the Evaluatee to describe the Evaluation Process, disclose the membership of the Evaluation Committee, disclose which observations will be announced and which will be unannounced, and notify the Evaluatee in writing of any the other materials materials, noted above in section I.B. 9 of this article, that the panel will include be included in the Evaluation File. The Evaluation Panel Committee shall inform the Evaluatee of the need to provide access to online courses, if applicable.
