Common use of Enanta Rights to Sublicense Clause in Contracts

Enanta Rights to Sublicense. Enanta shall have the right to grant sublicenses under the license granted to it under Section 8.1.2 solely to Third Party subcontractors engaged by Enanta to perform designated support functions related to the conduct of Enanta Research Activities under the Research Program; provided however, that (i) Enanta shall obtain the prior approval of the JSC to each sublicense grant; (ii) Enanta shall remain responsible for the satisfactory accomplishment of such work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (iii) each such subcontractor shall enter into a written agreement binding such subcontractor to the obligations Enanta has to Xxxxxx under this Agreement (and containing such other provisions as are normal and customary for similar types of agreements).
