Employment With Another Employer During Compensation Period. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 6, if the Executive commences employment with another employer during a Compensation Period commencing prior to, or after the second anniversary of, a Change of Control, the Executive will continue to receive the compensation continuance provided under Section 5 for the balance of such Compensation Period, except that, unless otherwise required by law, benefits under the Company's Employee Benefits Plans, including the Program, if applicable, shall be appropriately terminated or offset to the extent the same are provided by the other employer.
