Employment or Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or its Affiliates, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any manner with the right of the Company or its Affiliates to terminate the employment or service of Participant with or without Cause at any time.
