Common use of EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise administer the administrative affairs of the Portfolio, Fund subject to the direction of the Board of Directors Trustees and the officers of the Fund Fund, for the period and on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees during such period to render the services described and to assume the obligations herein set forth for the compensation herein provided. The Administrator shall devote such time as is necessary to carry out and shall at all times faithfully, with diligence and to the best of its ability, perform all of the duties required of it by the Fund hereunder.

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the Dividend-Managed Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the PortfolioPortfolios, subject to the direction of the Board board of Directors trustees and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein providedherein.

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the Fund and the Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board board of Directors and the officers directors of the Fund Fund, on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the Large Company Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.

EMPLOYMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs of the Tax-Managed Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.

The Fund hereby employs the Administrator to supervise the administrative affairs affair of the Portfolio, subject to the direction of the Board of Directors and the officers of the Fund on the terms hereinafter set forth. The Administrator hereby accepts such employment and agrees to render the services described herein for the compensation herein provided.
