Employment, Acceptance and Term. The Company hereby employs the Employee in a senior management position with the Company and the Employee hereby accepts such employment with the Company on the terms set forth in this Agreement for the Contract Employment Period unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of Sections 7 or 8 of this Agreement or upon the Employee's death (the "Employment Term").
