Common use of Employer’s Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Employer’s Liability Insurance. must cover all of Contractor’s employees acting within the course and scope of this Contract. Employer’s Liability limit is $500,000 bodily injury for each accident, $500,000 bodily injury by disease for each employee, and $500,000 bodily injury disease aggregate. The Authority and its affiliates must be a Certificate Holder.
