Employees; Offices. All services to be furnished by the Administrator under this Administration Agreement may be furnished by an officer or employee of the Administrator or any other person or agent designated or retained by the Administrator. The Administrator agrees to provide office space, together with appropriate materials and any necessary support personnel, for performing the day to day business activities of the Issuer, all for the compensation provided in Section 11 hereof.
