Employee's Obligation to Avoid Conflicts of Interest. (a) In keeping with the Employee's fiduciary duties to the Company and in addition to the Company's policies and procedures regarding conflicts of interest, the Employee agrees that he shall not knowingly during the term of his employment hereunder become involved in a conflict of interest with the Company, or upon discovery thereof, allow such a conflict to continue. The Employee further agrees to disclose to the Company, promptly after discovery, any facts or circumstances which might involve a conflict of interest with the Company.
