Employees' Files. 1. Upon receipt of a written request, the employee shall be furnished a reproduction of any material in his/her file within a reasonable length of time, not to exceed four (4) working days. 2. Any employee shall have access to his/her files or records maintained in the school district within a reasonable length of time, not to exceed two (2) working days. No unofficial files shall be kept on any employee. 3. No material in an employee's file shall be removed and/or destroyed without recommendation of the Superintendent and approval of the Board.
