EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROGRAMMES. 9.01 Where the Employer requires an employee to attend a training programme either on or outside the premises, the Employer will pay for all fees and associated expenses of the programme. The employee will be paid regular straight time wages when attending such training courses. The Employer agrees that the regular hours of employees will not be reduced as a result of the provision of training to other employees.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROGRAMMES. 9.01 8.01 (a) Where the Employer requires an employee to attend a training programme either on or outside the premises, the Employer will pay for all fees and associated expenses of the programme. The employee will be paid regular straight time wages when attending such training courses. The Employer agrees that , except when the regular hours of employees will not be reduced as training occurs on a result of statutory holiday whereby the provision of training to other employeesemployee shall receive pay in following with Clause 15.03.
