Company shall maintain employee theft coverage including protection against forgery and alteration, inside and outside premises loss, computer funds transfer loss and theft of customer property. Policy coverage in include theft of monies owed to Client for employee payroll, Client extra duty administrative fees and Client cruiser fees. Liability limit shall be at least Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000).
