Common use of Employee Physical Clause in Contracts

Employee Physical. 1. The Board shall schedule and provide annual physicals to those employees whose job descriptions require it, at no employee cost, by June 30, at a provider with more than one physician. 2. An employee who elects to receive his annual physical from his personal physician shall be responsible for any cost incurred. The personal physician selected must be approved by the Lake County Educational Service Center.
