Employee means. i) any natural person who was or is or may hereafter be acting under a contract of service or apprenticeship with the Company; ii) where the Company is a charity or a trade association or any other such entity which is not-for-profit and has no issued share capital, any natural person who was, or is, or may hereafter be a volunteer of the Company; Employee does not mean any consultant or sub-contractor or independent professional adviser or agent or Director or Officer or any natural person providing services to any entity except the Company.
