EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 41.01 The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish an Employee- Management Advisory Committee(s) or the equivalent for promoting harmonious relationships and discussing topics of mutual concern between the employees and the Employer. 41.02 There shall be no loss of income for time spent by employees at meetings and in carrying out the functions of this Committee.

This committee can be struck by either party at any time during the course of this Collective Agreement. 41.02 36.2 There shall be no loss of income for time spent by employees Employees at meetings and in carrying out the functions of this Committeecommittee.

This committee shall meet within one hundred and twenty (120) days of ratification of this agreement. 41.02 36.2 There shall be no loss of income for time spent by employees Employees at meetings and in carrying out the functions of this Committeecommittee.

EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 41.01 The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish establish, upon request by Party, an Employee- Employee-Management Advisory Committee(s) or the equivalent for promoting harmonious relationships and discussing topics of mutual concern between the employees and the Employer. 41.02 The Parties will develop a Terms of Reference for the Committee that reflects the local needs. 41.03 There shall be no loss of income for time spent by employees at meetings and in carrying out the functions of this Committee.
