Employee Invention Agreement. Optionee hereby represents and agrees that Optionee has executed and delivered prior to the date hereof an Employee Invention Agreement. The Optionee expressly acknowledges that his/her agreement to enter into and to be bound by the terms of the Employee Invention Agreement is a condition precedent to the grant of the Option hereunder and that without that agreement, the Company would not enter into this Agreement.
